Nuuz Art Apparel Refund Policy

At Nuuz Art Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If something's not quite right, here’s the lowdown on our 30-day return policy:

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as you received it.
  • Unworn, unused, and with tags intact.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return
Email us at nuinkprintz@yahoo.com to get started. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Reasons
Not all purchases qualify for returns. Here's what doesn’t make the cut:

  • Wrong Size: All our pieces are custom-made, and we don’t keep extras in stock. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
  • Change of Mind: Thoughtful purchases matter. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Important Note
If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to under Australian Consumer Law, we’ll make it right. Contact us with the details, and we’ll handle the rest.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at nuinkprintz@yahoo.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • All custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless they meet the criteria for defective or damaged goods.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available through an approval process, as each order is custom and made to order. If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at nuinkprintz@yahoo.com. All exchanges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nuinkprintz@yahoo.com.
