  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change due to factors like fluctuations in the economy, shipping carrier fees, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on so many factors, but mainly on how quickly our suppliers get their jobs done. We monitor every sale and ensure that we make contact with our suppliers if they are not within their standard timeframes. 
  • Shipping Method: All shipping is the same - we are working with our suppliers to enable our customers to select express shipping at rates that are suitable for the sustainability of our business. We will update this policy if the changes. 

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount, as displayed on our homepage. This is an automated shipping discount applied at checkout.

    For large or heavy orders that may incur additional shipping costs, please contact us via email before completing your purchase.

    We may be able to assist with further discounts on bulk orders, as we can liaise directly with our supplier for high-volume purchases.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Nuuz Art reserves the right to make changes to shipping as required.

Example - Shipping for your items may be at a flat rate due to issues with carriers providing updated estimates. In this case Nuuz Art is likely taking a hit and covering the shortfall if items are overweight. Once the carriers are back online, we will revert back to the weighted shipping.

Items could be coming from China or the USA, delays at peak times should be expected.
